Picture 1Meet Layar, the worlds first augmented reality browser. This browser, developed by SPRXmobile, ads a live layer to the image that comes through the camera of the mobile phone. This application tracks your location trough GPS and built in compass, and allows you to see in real time what is in your surroundings by pointing your camera to it. Point your camera to a restaurant, and it will show you reviews and ratings on your screen. Is this next level or not? Thinks of all the applications you could build through this… Amazing. Currently available only on Android phones, but I expect it’s only a matter of time before it reaches other platforms. Check out theĀ  video below and be amazed!
